目的 探讨眼球轴长与视网膜中央静脉阻塞 (centralretinalveinocclusion ,CRVO)的相关关系。方法 31例CRVO患者和 6 2例选自白内障摘除、而年龄和性别与本组CRVO患者相匹配的对照病例 ,做了轴长的对比研究 ,轴长应用A型超声测量。结果 CRVO组患眼平均轴长 (2 2 .5 9± 0 .6 4 )mm ,对侧眼平均轴长(2 2 .98± 0 .94 )mm ;经统计学处理 ,差异无显著性 (t=1.92 ,P >0 .0 5 )。对照组右眼平均轴长 (2 3.6 1± 0 .6 2 )mm ,左眼平均轴长 (2 3.73± 0 .83)mm ,左右眼比较 ,差异无显著性 (t=1.95 ,P >0 .0 5 )。CRVO组患眼轴长与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (t=4 .0 1,P <0 .0 1)。结论 眼球轴长偏短是与CRVO发病相关的危险因素之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between axial length of the eyeball and central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO). Methods 31 cases of CRVO patients and 62 cases selected from cataract extraction, while the age and gender of the patients with CRVO matched control cases, compared axial length, axial length using the A-type ultrasound. Results The mean axial length of the eyes in CRVO group was (22.59 ± 0.64) mm and that in the contralateral eyes was (22.998 ± 0.94) mm. There was no significant difference t = 1.92, P> 0. 05). The average axial length of the right eye in the control group was (23.61 ± 0.62) mm and the average axial length of the left eye was (2.73 ± 0.83) mm, with no significant difference between the left and right eyes (t = 1.95, P> 0 .0 5). The axial length of CRVO group was significantly higher than that of the control group (t = 4.01, P <0.01). Conclusion The short axis of the eyeball is one of the risk factors associated with the pathogenesis of CRVO.
