阳离子双子表面活性剂的合成及其在水锁损害中的应用

针对低渗透油藏在开发过程中储层极易受到水锁损害的特点,对低渗透砂岩岩心进行了水锁损害研究。在分析了产生油井水锁损害机理的基础上,合成了一种含氟链阳离子双子表面活性剂GFS以减弱水锁损害。室内试验表明:该表面活性剂的表面张力<20×10~(-3)N·m~(-3);与多元醇溶液复配后,水锁损害的渗透率恢复率高达86%以上,具有明显的降低水锁损害的作用,对改善低渗透油藏的开发具有重要意义。 In view of the characteristics that the reservoir is extremely vulnerable to water lock damage during the development of low permeability reservoirs, water lock damage of low permeability sandstone core was studied. Based on the analysis of the mechanism of water lock damage in oil wells, a fluorinated chain cations cationic surfactant (GFS) was synthesized to reduce water lock damage. Laboratory tests showed that the surface tension of the surfactant is less than 20 × 10 -3 N · m -3. After the complexing with the polyol solution, the recovery rate of the water blocking damage is as high as 86% Has the obvious effect of reducing water lock damage, and is of great significance for improving the development of low permeability reservoirs.
