我们对 80例非甲～非庚型肝炎患者、血清ＡＬＴ升高以及长期维持性血透患者 (部分患者有输血史 )进行检测 ,对二十余例ＴＴＶ分离株进行测序研究 ,结果如下 :提取患者血清ＤＮＡ ,巢式ＰＣＲ扩增ＴＴＶ。参照Ｏｋａｍｏｔｏ等报道的Ｎ2 2分离株ＴＴＶ基因序列设计套式引物 :Ｔ1
We tested the TTV isolates from more than 20 TTV isolates in 80 patients with non-A to non-G hepatitis, elevated serum ALT, and long-term maintenance hemodialysis (some patients had a history of blood transfusions).
