本文观察了国产依那普利对2型糖尿病患者的尿蛋白排出量的影响.现报告如下:1 资料与方法1.1 资料:37例2型糖尿病(诊断标准按1997年ADA糖尿病诊断及分型专家委员会正式发表报告),男22例,女15例;年龄37～65岁,平均为51±12.2岁;发病时间3～15年,平均9±4.6年.排除泌尿系感染、非糖尿病的肾小球疾病、发热以及酮症酸中毒.测24小时尿蛋白量,据量的多少分为早期糖尿病肾病(DN)(<0.5mg)和临床DN(>0.5mg).前者为12例,后者为25例;其中血压140/90 mmHg者20例,正常为17例.
