给载艾氏腹水癌小鼠腹膜腔内注射血卟啉衍生物(HPD)后,用荧光和光学显微镜检查癌细胞和肝、肾细胞的荧光,激光照射后用电子显微镜观察癌细胞的光敏效应。实验结果表明,三种细胞的荧光和癌细胞光敏效应均可证实细胞浆中比细胞核含有更多的HPD。
After intraperitoneal injection of hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) into mice with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma, the fluorescence of cancer cells and liver and kidney cells was examined by fluorescence and light microscopy. The photoreceptor effect of cancer cells was observed by electron microscopy after laser irradiation. . The experimental results show that both the fluorescence of the three cells and the photosensitizing effect of the cancer cells can confirm that the cytoplasm contains more HPD than the nucleus.
