随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加快,外贸英语函电作为一门将外贸实务与英语相结合的综合课程变得越来越重要,但传统的翻译教学法已经很难使学生学以致用。本文在探讨了外贸函电课程的特征与性质的基础上提出应将传统翻译教学法与案例教学法相结合才是提高学生外贸信函写作水平,培养对外贸易应用型人才的一种行之有效的教学方法。
With the continuous acceleration of the process of global economic integration, foreign trade correspondence as a comprehensive course combining foreign trade practice with English becomes more and more important. However, the traditional translation teaching method has made it difficult for students to apply their knowledge effectively. Based on the discussion of the characteristics and nature of the foreign trade correspondence course, this article proposes that the combination of the traditional translation teaching method and the case teaching method should be an effective teaching method to improve students’ foreign trade correspondence writing ability and cultivate foreign trade application talents .
