本文探讨用KW级横流CO_2激光器在表面涂敷ZrO_2(2.5mol%Y_2O_3)+Ni合金粉末的45~#钢试样上进行激光表面合金化的实验研究。利用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪对合金层进行了显微结构及主要元素分析。结果表明:合金层与基材之间形成良好的冶金结合,且合金层具有抗腐蚀等优异的物理化学性能。
In this paper, the experimental study on the laser surface alloying of 45 # steel specimens coated with ZrO_2 (2.5mol% Y_2O_3) + Ni alloy powder on a KW-class cross-flow CO_2 laser was investigated. The microstructure and major elemental analysis of the alloy layer were carried out by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the alloy layer and the substrate to form a good metallurgical bond, and the alloy layer has excellent corrosion resistance and other physical and chemical properties.
