本文对3D—FEA与铸件凝固数值模拟的相关技术进行了系统的研究.基于铸造过程复杂传热行为,研制了三维有限元凝固分析系统,首次对铁型覆砂球铁铸件进行了凝固计算.
In this paper, the related technologies of 3D-FEA and numerical simulation of casting solidification are systematically studied.Based on the complicated heat transfer in casting process, a three-dimensional finite element solidification analysis system is developed, and the calculation of solidification of iron-coated sand iron castings is carried out for the first time.
