2月20日“江苏省·中央企业合作发展恳谈会”在北京人民大会堂举行,中石化、中化工、中国电力等35家“龙头”央企与江苏举行集中签约仪式。国资委主任李荣融,省委书记梁保华,省长罗志军,省领导赵克志、朱善璐、王荣、杨卫泽、徐鸣、史和平、包国新,以及110家央企负责人、江苏经济界代表出席恳谈会。在签约活动中,苏州市与央企共签订7个合作项目,总投资额达337亿元,成为全省13个市中与央企签约
