使用一种新的光学容积脉波测定分析技术在临床上进行了初步观察。该仪器采用微机控制全部操作,对采集到的光学容积描记图(OPG)图形采集、保存、复现和分析进行控制,自动分析后可得到二十多项生理参数,经临床对34例患者OPG参数的观察,发现与健康人比,患者OPG参数劣化,其中最大高度和降中峡高度降低,收缩期充血指数下降,流入容积速度与流出容积速度缩短,平均灌注速度与相对供血量显著降低。通过与传统甲襞微循环观察比较结果发现,上述参数与甲襞微循环总积分具有密切相关性。此外,对部分患者心功能进行检测,发现随心功能异常程度增加,患者OPG参数趋向劣化。
A preliminary clinical observation was performed using a new optical volume pulse assay technique. The instrument uses a microcomputer to control all operations, and controls the acquisition, preservation, reproduction and analysis of the collected optical plethysmography (OPG) graphics. After the automatic analysis, more than 20 physiological parameters can be obtained. After clinical analysis, 34 patients have OPG. Observed parameters, found that compared with healthy people, the patient’s OPG parameters deteriorated, among which the maximum height and the height of Jiangzhongxia decreased, the systolic congestion index decreased, the inflow volume velocity and the outflow volume velocity decreased, and the average perfusion velocity and relative blood supply decreased significantly. . Compared with the traditional hyperthyroid microcirculation observation, it was found that the above parameters are closely related to the total score of the hyperthyroidism microcirculation. In addition, the detection of cardiac function in some patients revealed that the degree of abnormal cardiac function increased, and the OPG parameters of patients tend to deteriorate.
