目的了解深圳市某油墨制造企业存在的职业危害因素及其程度。方法采用职业卫生调查、现场检测和实验室检测相结合的方法进行调查。结果苯、萘、丙烯酸甲酯各设5个检测点,合格率分别为100%、100%和80%;甲醇和噪声各设4个检测点,合格率均为100%;二丙二醇甲醚、2-甲氧基乙醇各设1个检测点,均合格;矽尘设1个检测点,不合格。结论该油墨制造企业称料配料岗位丙烯酸甲酯和矽尘浓度超过职业接触限值,需要采取更有效的措施加以控制。
Objective To understand the occupational hazards and the extent of an ink manufacturer in Shenzhen. Methods Occupational health survey, on-site testing and laboratory testing were combined to investigate. Results The detection rates of benzene, naphthalene and methyl acrylate were set at 5 test points with the pass rates of 100%, 100% and 80%, respectively. The detection points of methanol and noise were set at 4 test points with 100% pass rate. Dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 2-methoxyethanol each set a test point, are qualified; silica dust set a test point, unqualified. Conclusion The ink manufacturer said that the ingredients of the site of methyl acrylate and silica dust concentrations exceed the occupational exposure limits, the need to take more effective measures to be controlled.
