抑郁症是一种高患病率、高致残率、且有自杀倾向的慢性精神疾病,主要表现为情绪低落、悲观绝望等,严重者可影响个人日常生活。目前,随着对抑郁症研究的深入,抑郁症动物模型被广泛应用于实验研究。其中,利血平致抑郁样模型可以复制抑郁症的某些病理特征,该方法操作简便易行,可用于药物的初筛。本文综述了国内、外对利血平致抑郁样动物模型的相关研究,从该动物模型的一般情况、行为学、神经系统、免疫系统等方面的变化,分析该模型的特点、适用性及局限性,为研究人员应用利血平致抑郁样动物模型提供借鉴。
Depression is a chronic disease with high prevalence, high morbidity and suicidal tendency. It is mainly characterized by depression and pessimism. In severe cases, it can affect individuals’ daily life. At present, with the deepening of the study of depression, animal models of depression are widely used in experimental research. Among them, reserpine-induced depression model can copy certain pathological features of depression, the method is simple and easy to operate, can be used for drug screening. This review summarizes the relevant studies on domestic and foreign models of reserpine-depressing depression. The characteristics, applicability and limitations of this model are analyzed from the aspects of the general situation, behavior, nervous system, immune system and other aspects of the animal model This study provides a reference for researchers to use reptilase-induced depression animal model.
