本文针对单核络合物一些常数测定中的疑难繁复问题,选择了数学模型,编成程序。“对应溶液法”中求自由配位体浓度的程序用迭代法解高次方程,将对应溶液法与竞争反应体系结合起来,可以用普通的72型分光光度计解决较为复杂的问题。pH法测稳定常数的程序有自动选取计算最佳值的特点。电位法测连串水合反应速度常数的程序采用平分区间套法解超越方程,使第二步反应速度常数的计算大为简化。
In this paper, some constants of mononuclear complex determination of complex problems, the choice of mathematical models, compiled into procedures. The procedure of finding the free ligand concentration in “Corresponding Solution Method” uses the iterative method to solve the higher-order equation and combines the corresponding solution method with competitive reaction system to solve the more complex problems with the ordinary 72 spectrophotometer. The pH method of determining the stability constant has the feature of automatically selecting the best value for calculation. Potentiometric method for measuring the rate constant of hydration reaction series uses bisection method to solve the transcendental equation, simplifying the calculation of the second step reaction rate constant.
