分层教学,顾名思义,就是把学生分成几组各自水平相近的群体,然后根据每一组的情况来相对应地教学。这是一种全新的教学模式,教师会根据各个学生的测验成绩和知识基础来划分,然后根据每一层的实际水平来进行相应的教学。所有的学科里,数学是最抽象的,也是最需要思维的,所以,本文对小学数学分层教学进行了深入的研究,较为细致地阐述了分层教学的实施策略和意义,希望本文能够作为一种参考性的文件来帮助广大数学工作者了解并实施分层教学。
Hierarchical teaching, as its name implies, divides students into groups whose levels are similar to each other, and then teaching them according to each group’s situation.
