为了充分发挥烧结机生产能力,提高烧结矿入炉率,公司从2008年7月起逐月下调烧结矿碱度。2009年12月烧结矿碱度达到1.62,同比下降了0.86。随着烧结矿碱度下降和配矿结构变化,烧结矿强度出现了下降趋势,返矿率上升。2008年12月,烧结返矿率已达到创记录的18.7%,远高于公司绩效指标考核值(≤11%)。本文根据实际统计数据从理论上分析了影响返矿率上升的因素,并根据理论分析结果提出了控制返矿率上升的技术措施。
In order to give full play to sintering machine production capacity, improve the sintering rate into the furnace, the company from July 2008 month-by-month reduction of sinter alkalinity. In December 2009, the basicity of sinter reached 1.62, down by 0.86 year on year. With the decrease of sinter alkalinity and the change of ore structure, the strength of sinter shows a downward trend, and the rate of ore recovery increases. In December 2008, the sintering feed rate reached a record 18.7%, much higher than the company’s performance index (≤11%). Based on the actual statistics, the paper analyzes the factors that affect the rate of return of ore, theoretically, and puts forward the technical measures to control the rate of return of ore based on the theoretical analysis.
