实验结果表明,一定量的稀土和硼对硅黄铜组织细化作用较好,锆的作用不明显,0.01%硼细化效果最好,其次为0.03%稀土。测量腐蚀层深度和失重量的对比发现,脱锌层深度与脱锌的严重程度是不一致的,硅黄铜中晶粒越细小,脱锌腐蚀层深度越深,晶粒越粗大,脱锌腐蚀程度越严重,0.004%硼变质的脱锌腐蚀最轻,其次为0.05%稀土变质的脱锌腐蚀。
The experimental results show that a certain amount of rare earth and boron have a good effect on refining the microstructure of silicon brass. However, the effect of zirconium is not obvious. The refining effect of 0.01% boron is the best, followed by 0.03% rare earth. The comparison of depth of corrosion layer and weight loss found that the depth of dezincification layer is not consistent with the severity of dezincification. The finer the crystal grains in silicon brass, the deeper the depth of dezincification layer, The more serious the degree, the dezincification corrosion with 0.004% boron deterioration is the lightest, followed by dezincification with 0.05% rare earth deterioration.
