2015年李克强总理提出的“互联网+”行动计划使互联网成为推动社会创新的引擎,但互联网+教育(尤其是正规学历教育)方面的理论和实践还有待突破和创新。随着现代信息技术不断提高和普及,国内外教育发展形势不断变化,教育创新大势所趋,范式转换势在必行。我国外语教育范式转换是时代发展的要求,是教育创新的必然。我们需要多方协力、多措并举推动外语教育范式转换,进一步深化教育改革、提高教育质量。
In 2015, Premier Li Keqiang’s “Internet +” plan of action made the Internet an engine of social innovation. However, the theory and practice of Internet + education (especially formal academic qualifications) still need to be broken through and innovated. With the continuous improvement and popularization of modern information technology, the situation of educational development both at home and abroad is constantly changing. The trend of educational innovation is imperative. The paradigm shift is imperative. The paradigm shift of foreign language education in our country is the requirement of the development of the times and the inevitable result of educational innovation. We need to work together to speed up the paradigm shift in foreign language education by furthering measures to further deepen education reform and improve the quality of education.
