一、对现收现付和完全和累两种社会养老保险模式的比较和基本评价当今世界的社会养老保险模式大体上可以分为两类:现收现付和完全积累。目前除新加坡、智利等少数国家实行完全积累模式外,绝大多数国家都建立了现收现付的社会养老保险制度。
