目的:设计和研制一种可以在线切换洗脱液接收瓶的SPE真空装置。方法:在一可密封的装置内,安装由上、中、下三个直径相同的圆盘,三个圆盘通过中心转轴与上盖相连。上盖和上、中圆盘上设有小孔,且上下对应,上盖上设置有抽气孔和排气阀以调节装置内的真空度。结果:该装置在固相萃取过程中可同时进行多个样品的萃取,并可在线切换洗脱和收集样液。结论:使用简单方便,萃取效果良好。
Objective: To design and develop a SPE vacuum unit that can be used to switch eluent receiving bottles online. Method: In a sealable device, three discs of the same diameter are installed on the middle, the middle and the bottom. The three discs are connected with the upper cover through the central shaft. The upper cover and the upper and the lower disc are provided with small holes and correspond to the upper and the lower. An exhaust hole and an exhaust valve are arranged on the upper cover to adjust the vacuum degree in the device. Results: The device can extract multiple samples simultaneously in the solid phase extraction process, and can switch elution and sample collection online. Conclusion: Simple and convenient to use, the extraction effect is good.
