The continuous expansion of the Antarctic ozone hole and the increasingly frequent ecological and environmental disasters in the Antarctic are closely related to changes in the solar wind, the geomagnetic field, and the Earth’s orbit. This new viewpoint proposed by Prof. Yang Xuexiang has aroused strong repercussions internationally. Prof. Yang has been studying earth science theory from the perspective of mathematical models. This article is a popular science article written by Prof. Yang’s Special Publication.
