报道了转生长激素基因鲤阳性群体的建立和“超级鲤”的获得。给出了“超级鲤”和对照组连续4年的生长实验结果及“超级鲤”子代连续3年的生长对照的体重数据。结果显示,外源生长激素基因对受体鲤具有快速生长效应,但具有这种超速生长作用的个体在转基因鲤群体中占极少数。此效应能传递给子代,子代中快速生长个体的比例大大高于转基因实验群体。
Reported the establishment of transgenic plants with transgenic growth hormone gene and the acquisition of “super carp”. The results of growth experiment of “Super Carp” and control group for 4 years and the growth control data of “Super Carp” for 3 consecutive years were given. The results showed that the exogenous growth hormone gene had a rapid growth effect on recipient carp, but individuals with this over-growth effect accounted for a very small number in the transgenic carp population. This effect can be passed on to offspring and the proportion of rapidly growing individuals in offspring is significantly higher than that of transgenic experimental populations.
