今年年初,司法部、外交部、商务部、国务院法制办联合印发《关于发展涉外法律服务业的意见》(下为《意见》),《意见》指出,发展涉外法律服务业是适应经济全球化进程的需要,对于增强我国在国际法律事务中的话语权和影响力具有重要作用。为配合《意见》落实到位,近日在由司法部主要起草、全国律协等多个部委参与制定的《关于落实〈关于发展涉外法律服务业的意见〉征求意见稿》中提出,要鼓励国内的法律服务机构走出国门,打造涉外法律
