在锚杆质量检测过程中,由于检测仪器本身和外界环境的干扰,使信号本身产生畸变,给信号识别和分析工作带来困难。因此需要采取滤波措施。针对锚固支护质量无损检测信号的特点,研究了影响小波变换消噪效果的2个主要因素:小波基函数和消噪尺度。通过对实测信号的分析,得到适用于锚杆无损检测信号的消噪方法,提高了检测结果的精确度和稳定性。
In the process of bolt quality inspection, the signal itself is distorted due to the interference of the detection instrument itself and the external environment, which brings difficulties to the signal identification and analysis work. So need to take filtering measures. According to the characteristics of nondestructive testing signal of anchoring support, two main factors that affect the effect of wavelet transform denoising are studied: wavelet basis function and denoising scale. Through the analysis of the measured signal, the de-noising method suitable for the NDT signal of the anchor rod is obtained, which improves the accuracy and stability of the detection result.
