本文简要论述了钴—膦催化剂低压羰基合成3.5.5—三甲基已醇的实验概况。初步探索了反应参数对反应性能的影响。以二异丁烯为原料,采用三正丁基膦—羰基钴的络合催化剂(P/Co=2),在160°~170℃,40kg/Cm~2压力(H_2/CO=1.2~2)的条件下,反应十小时,羰化生成3.5.5—三甲基已醇。原料烯烃可获得67.6%的转化,对醇的选择性达40%左右。原料烯烃浓度与反应速度呈一级关系,求出反应总包视活化能为22.4千卡/克分子。
This paper briefly discusses the experimental overview of the low pressure carbonyl synthesis of 3.5.5-trimethylhexanol from cobalt-phosphine catalysts. The effects of reaction parameters on the reaction performance were preliminarily explored. Using diisobutylene as raw material and tri-n-butylphosphine-carbonyl cobalt complex catalyst (P / Co = 2) at 160 ~ 170 ℃ and 40kg / cm ~ 2 pressure (H_2 / CO = 1.2 ~ 2) Under the conditions, the reaction ten hours, carbonylation generated 3.5.5 - trimethylhexanol. Raw material olefins can be 67.6% conversion, the selectivity of alcohol up to about 40%. The raw material olefin concentration and the reaction rate showed a first-order relationship, and the total activation energy of the reaction was found to be 22.4 kcal / mol.
