液压胀形是评定板材机械性能与成形性能的基本试验方法,但目前国内尚不多见。本文用此法试验给出了12种材料的双向等拉实际应力应变曲线,测量了不同变形程度的试件外形,并讨论了球面假设的偏差及影响曲率计精度的因素。对载荷失稳与集中性细颈的关系、各种材料的应变传播性及n值与成形极限的关系进行了试验分析。 Hydraulic bulging is to assess the mechanical properties of sheet metal and formability of the basic test method, but at present it is rare. In this paper, the bi-directional pull-pull actual stress-strain curves of 12 kinds of materials are given by this method. The shape of specimens with different deformation degree is measured. The deviation of spherical hypothesis and the factors affecting the accuracy of the curvature meter are discussed. The relationship between the load instability and the concentrated neck, the strain propagation of various materials and the relationship between the n value and the forming limit were analyzed.
