中国监狱工作实践和理论研究中关于理念的提法很少,理论工作者对理念的总结提炼还不够。而我们长期以来一直在按照某些理念在开展工作。本文希望通过对教育改造工作理念的总结,引起理论界和实践部门对此问题的重视。一、监狱工作理念与教育改造理念总结学界关于中国监狱工作理念的理解,有助于提炼教育改造理念。笔者梳理了上世纪九十年代以来监狱学界关于中国监狱工作理念四个方面的认识。经过梳理、比对发现,学界提出的“监狱工作的中国特色”、“中国特色监狱制 There are few references on philosophy in the practice and theory of prison administration in China, and it is not enough for theoreticians to abstract and summarize their ideas. Prison Work Concept and Educational Reform Concept Summary The academic understanding of the concept of prison work in China helps to refine the concept of education reform. The author sort out the understanding of the academic circles in prison since the 1990s on the four aspects of the concept of jail work in China.
