目的探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hsC-RP)和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)在IFG、IGT、IGR(IFG+IGT)患者中的变化及相关性研究。方法检测hsC-RP,计算HOMA-IR,同时以颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)反应动脉粥样硬化(AS)程度,并对结果进行相关性分析。结果 IFG、IGT和IGR组FIns、HOMA-IR均较正常对照(NC)组增高(P<0.05)。与NC组比较,IGT、IGR组hsC-RP升高(P<0.05)。hsC-RP与HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.48 P<0.01),hsC-RP与IMT呈正相关(r=0.42P<0.05)。结论与NC组相比,IFG、IGT和IGR组FIns和HOMA-IR升高,IGT、IGR组hsC-RP、IMT和粥样斑块发生率均升高。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum hs-CRP and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) in patients with IFG, IGT and IGR (IFG + IGT) and their correlation. Methods The hsC-RP was detected and HOMA-IR was calculated. Atherosclerosis (AS) was measured by carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), and the correlation was analyzed. Results The levels of FIns and HOMA-IR in IFG, IGT and IGR groups were significantly higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). Compared with NC group, hsC-RP increased in IGT group and IGR group (P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between hsC-RP and HOMA-IR (r = 0.48, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between hsC-RP and IMT (r = 0.42P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with NC group, the FIns and HOMA-IR of IFG, IGT and IGR group increased, and the incidence of hsC-RP, IMT and atheroma in IGT and IGR groups were higher.
