目的研究应用液相色谱荧光检测器不经衍生化直接测定生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量。方法应用固相萃取技术,对水样进行预防处理,以甲醇/水为流动相,Symmetry C_(18)4.6 mm×250 mm 5μm柱为分析柱,荧光检测器直接测定生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量。结果方法检出限<0.000 25 mg/L,线性范围:0.050~10.0 mg/L有良好线性关系,线性相关系数r>0.999 9。准确度86.7%~88.5%,精密度5.46%~7.06%。结论应用该方法能够满足生活饮用水中呋喃丹含量测定要求,方法简便、准确、快速、高效。
Objective To study the determination of carbofuran in domestic drinking water by fluorescence detector without derivatization. Methods The solid phase extraction (SPE) was used to prevent the water samples from being treated with methanol / water as mobile phase. The Symmetry C 18 4.6 mm × 250 mm 5 μm column was used as the analytical column. The fluorescence detector was used to directly determine the content of carbofuran in drinking water . Results The detection limit was less than 0.000 25 mg / L, the linear range was 0.050 ~ 10.0 mg / L, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. Accuracy of 86.7% ~ 88.5%, precision 5.46% ~ 7.06%. Conclusion The method can meet the requirements for the determination of carbofuran in drinking water. The method is simple, accurate, rapid and efficient.
