同课异构虽然是提高教师教学业务能力的一种好的方式,但是,如果教师参加的态度不端正或者没有注意一些方法,那么效果也是非常不理想的。本文从几个方面浅谈这次同课异构的收获和想法,在以后的教学中不断总结、反思,以期让自己的教学业务能力得到更好的提高。
Although the same course heterogeneity is a good way to improve the teaching ability of teachers, the effect is very unsatisfactory if the teachers participate in the attitude is not correct or did not pay attention to some methods.
