以冷模压及热挤压两种成型方法,采用相同的压粉,制备了2种纯炭材料及2种炭-铜纤维复合材料。测试了该4种材料的电阻率、肖氏硬度、抗压强度、抗折强度、冲击韧性、气孔率及体积密度,观察了材料的显微组织结构、讨论分析了不同成型方法对所制材料性能的影响。
Two kinds of molding methods, cold pressing and hot extrusion, were used to prepare two kinds of pure carbon materials and two kinds of carbon-copper fiber composites by using the same pressure powder. The electrical resistivity, Shore hardness, compressive strength, flexural strength, impact toughness, porosity and bulk density of the four materials were tested.
