目的探讨醋酸泼尼松片在预防碘-131＂清甲＂治疗分化型甲状腺癌术后颈部水肿的效果。方法选取我科2015年1月至2017年12月收治的238例分化型甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组使用碘-131＂清甲＂,观察组在治疗前用醋酸泼尼松片进行预防,比较两组颈部水肿发生率和水肿消失时间。结果对照组颈部水肿发生率为9.2%,观察组颈部水肿发生率为4.2%,差异无统计学意义（P〉 0.05）;比较两组水肿消失时间,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论醋酸泼尼松片可降低碘-131＂清甲＂治疗分化
