采用乳液聚合法在非自然条件下制备具有一定长径比的针状纳米聚苯乙烯(PS)材料,通过SEM可以看出,PS纳米针状聚合物直径为50 nm,长度在100 nm以上,具有一定的长径比。将所制备的纳米粉体作为改性剂以0.5%~4.0%的质量含量加入到聚丙烯(PP)中,使PP的拉伸强度提高18.69%,冲击强度提高77.70%。
The needle-like nano-polystyrene (PS) material with a certain aspect ratio was prepared by emulsion polymerization under unnatural conditions. It can be seen by SEM that the diameter of the PS nano-needle polymer is 50 nm and the length is more than 100 nm. Has a certain aspect ratio. The prepared nano-powder as a modifier was added to the polypropylene (PP) at a mass content of 0.5% ~ 4.0% to increase the tensile strength of PP by 18.69% and the impact strength by 77.70%.
