目的评价某化工有限责任公司二甲基乙酰胺项目职业病危害因素存在情况及控制效果。方法通过职业卫生学调查、主要职业病危害因素检测与分析、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法,对该项目试运行期间职业病危害作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平、职业病危害防护设施效果以及职业卫生管理措施等进行评价。结果该建设项目存在多种职业病危害因素,经现场检测乙酸、DMAC、DMF、氨、甲醇、一氧化碳、硫化氢、盐酸、氢氧化钠、工频电场合格率均为100%;各工种作业工人接触噪声的等效声级为61.0~79.6 d B(A),合格率均为100%;工作场所噪声强度为58.5~88.4 d B(A),有4个检测点噪声强度超过85 d B(A)。结论该建设项目采用先进、安全的工艺技术,严格控制了职业病危害因素的浓度或强度,各项职业病防护措施有效、可行,其控制效果理想、可靠。
Objective To evaluate the existence and control effects of occupational hazards in the dimethylacetamide project of a chemical limited liability company. Results There were many occupational hazards in this project. The passing rate of acetic acid, DMAC, DMF, ammonia, methanol, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide was 100% The equivalent sound level of noise is 61.0-79.6 d B (A), the pass rate is 100%; the noise intensity in the workplace is 58.5-88.4 d B (A), and the noise intensity of four detection points exceeds 85 d B (A ). Conclusion The construction project adopts advanced and safe process technology and strictly control the concentration or intensity of occupational hazard factors. All occupational disease protection measures are effective and feasible, and the control effect is ideal and reliable.
