近年来,随着化学计量学方法的发展,多组分体系分光光度法的同时测定有较快进展,已报道的有线性规划法,AKC矩阵法,P矩阵法,因子分析法,卡尔曼滤波分光光度法等。各方法均有其特点及局限性,测定结果的准确尚不能令人信服,而且方法不易被重复。为解决上述问题,本文就岭回归分析进行了探讨,建立了不经分离同时测定增效联磺片组分含量的紫外分光光度法。本法简便,快速,准确,有希望成为复方制剂多组分同时测定的常规方法。
In recent years, with the development of chemometric methods, the simultaneous determination of multi-component system spectrophotometry has made rapid progress. The linear programming method, the AKC matrix method, the P matrix method, the factor analysis method, the Kalman filter Spectrophotometry and so on. Each method has its own characteristics and limitations, the accuracy of the measurement results are not yet convincing, and the method is not easy to be repeated. In order to solve the above problems, this paper discusses the ridge regression analysis and establishes the UV spectrophotometry method for simultaneous determination of the components of the synergistic disulfide fraction without isolation. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and promising to be a routine method for the simultaneous determination of multiple components in compound preparations.
