目的通过对Dia Sorin化学发光仪、Auto DELFIA时间分辨荧光仪、Tecan全自动酶免仪3种检测系统分析HBs Ag灵敏度的比较,科学合理地使用不同的检测系统。方法对不同浓度的HBs Ag校准品用3种检测系统进行检测,测定结果与理论值作回归分析;再应用3种检测系统对40例弱阳性标本进行检测,观察各系统的检出率。结果根据校准品回归分析,计算得出3种检测系统的灵敏度依次为Dia Sorin>Auto DELFIA>Tecan;40例弱阳性标本检测结果:在0.5 U/ml以下浓度,检测灵敏度Dia Sorin>Auto DELFIA;在0.5 U/ml以上,Auto DELFIA和Dia Sorin阳性检出率相当,而ELISA与另外2种系统在弱阳性结果的区域还不具备可比性。结论根据3种检测系统检测HBs Ag所具备的不同分析灵敏度的特性,正确合理使用3种检测系统以期达到检验效率的最大化。
Objective To compare the sensitivities of HBs Ag to Dia Sorin chemiluminescence analyzer, Auto DELFIA time-resolved fluorometer, and Tecan automatic enzyme-free instrument, and to use different detection systems scientifically and reasonably. Methods The HBs Ag calibrators with different concentrations were tested by three detection systems. The results were compared with the theoretical values for regression analysis. Forty weakly positive specimens were detected by three detection systems and the detection rates of the systems were observed. Results The sensitivity of the three detection systems was Dia Sorin> Auto DELFIA> Tecan according to the regression analysis of calibrators. The results of the detection of 40 weakly positive specimens were as follows: Dia Sorin> Auto DELFIA at concentrations below 0.5 U / ml; Above 0.5 U / ml, the positive detection rate of Auto DELFIA and Dia Sorin was comparable, while the ELISA was not comparable to the other two systems in the region of weakly positive results. Conclusion According to the three detection systems to detect the characteristics of different analytical sensitivities of HBsAg, three kinds of detection systems are correctly and reasonably used in order to maximize the detection efficiency.
