我国少数民族地区三语教育是在民、汉双语教育基础上发展起来,还处于初级阶段。随着国家“一带一路”战略的实施和推进,内蒙古的民族教育既面临着母语语言文化的保护问题,又面临着蒙、英、汉多语言文化发展问题。基于大脑认知科学理论,从语言文字本体及元语言认知技能探讨不同语言系统间跨语言普遍性、一致性及特异性的存在,以证明跨语际影响的可能,为多语教育问题提供理论基础。
The tri-lingual education in ethnic minority areas of our country was developed on the basis of bilingual education of people and Chinese. It is still in its infancy. With the implementation of the national strategy of “Belt and Road”, national education in Inner Mongolia faces not only the protection of mother tongue language and culture, but also the development of language culture in Mongolia, English and Chinese. Based on the brain cognitive science theory, this paper explores the existence of cross-linguistic universality, coherence and specificity in different language systems based on linguistic ontology and metacognitive skills in order to prove the possibility of cross-linguistic influence and to provide multilingual education Theoretical basis.
