采用田间测量和观测法,以新疆干旱区引种文冠果资源为研究对象,通过主成分分析和两步聚类分析方法,对424个文冠果优选样本进行植物学性状比较研究。结果表明:文冠果幼树植物学性状均有较大变幅,且各指标之间存在很强的相关性,主成分分析结果表明,4个综合指标的累计贡献率为80.106%,基本反映了原始指标所涵盖的信息,包含长势因子、色度因子、树形因子、小叶因子。两步聚类分析结果进一步表明,枝条颜色是反映文冠果植物学性状的重要指标,而与叶相关因子的预测重要性较低。
Field investigation and observation methods were used to study the morphological characteristics of 424 samples collected from Xinjiang arid region, and the principal component analysis and two-step clustering analysis were used to study the comparative analysis of the botanical characters. The results showed that all of the plantar morphological characters of P. arborescens had larger amplitude and there was a strong correlation between the indexes. The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the four comprehensive indexes was 80.106%, basically reflecting The information covered by the original indicator, including the growth factor, chroma factor, dendritic factor, leaflet factor. The results of two-step clustering analysis further showed that the branch color is an important index to reflect the botanical characters of Xanthoceras sorbifolia, while the correlation with leaf-related factors is less important.
