设计并研究了对光纤侧面加工的方法,使光纤侧面发光,从而获得了液晶显示器背光模组所需要的多发光点结构的激光光源。模拟分析了对光纤侧面加工时不同孔深、孔面积、孔几何结构等参数对光纤光场的影响,得到了各个出光点对应光场照度最大值在5%均齐度范围内的光场。
The method of processing the side of the optical fiber is designed and researched. The side of the optical fiber is glowed to obtain the laser light source with the multi-luminous spot structure required by the liquid crystal display backlight module. The effects of different hole depth, hole area, hole geometry and other parameters on the optical field of optical fiber were simulated and analyzed. The optical field corresponding to the maximum illuminance of each optical spot in 5% uniformity was obtained.
