利用弯头测定水泵流量能够解决一般抽水站的量水问题,但国內还没有对这个量水法作过有系统的试验研究,許多人对它很不了解,有的人看到它很簡单,就产生了轻视的心理,殊不知簡单正是它的主要优点,而且,在理论上和实验数据的总结上,它是这样复杂,以致不少問題直到现在还没有解决。本文(1)说明弯头量水法的研究任务是針对灌溉抽水站量水問题而提出的,因为常用的量水法不是费用太大就是运用太不方便,而近来提出的角尺量水法和公式計算法則各有缺陷,并不适用;(2)推导了弯头量水公式,借以指出国外书刊对这公式的理解带有片面性;(3)綜述和对比了国外弯头量水试验,指出英美的试验忽视了相似性理论,因此不能从試驗数据总结出流量系数的变化規律;(4)报导了武汉水利电力学院师生进行弯头量水试验的概况;(5)对弯头量水计的性能与应用提出了初步結論;(6)建议全国有关单位共同对弯头量水计作进一步的研究,以促成它的推广应用。
The use of elbow to measure the flow of water pump can solve the problem of the amount of water in general pumping stations. However, there is no systematic experimental study on this amount of water law in China, and many people do not understand it well. Some people think it is very simple A simple, it produces a contempt psychology, not knowing that simplicity is its main merit, and, in theory and experimental data summary, it is so complex, so many problems have not been solved until now. This paper (1) shows that the research task of water quantity method for elbow is proposed for the problem of water quantity in irrigation pumping station. Because the common water quantity method is not too expensive, it is too inconvenient to use. Recently, (2) The formula of the amount of water in elbow is deduced to point out the one-sidedness of the understanding of this formula in foreign books and magazines. (3) The water elbow test in foreign countries is summarized and compared. It is pointed out that the Anglo-American test ignores the similarity theory and therefore can not summarize the variation rule of the discharge coefficient from the experimental data. (4) The general situation of the elbow water quantity test by the teachers and students in Wuhan Hydroelectric Power Institute is reported. (5) Water meter performance and application of the preliminary conclusions put forward; (6) recommended that the relevant units of the country together for the elbow water meter for further research to promote its promotion and application.
