From October 20 to November 7, 2014, the UN Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women held its 59th Session in Geneva. The meeting was attended by members of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Poland, China (including Hong Kong and Macau), Ghana, Belgium, The reports on the implementation of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) were reviewed by eight countries, including Darussalam, Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
