针对目前传统微表处(Micro-Surfacing,简称MS罩面)高噪声的现状,对国内多条高速的MS罩面噪声进行检测、对比、分析,并对MS产生噪声的机理、级配影响、施工方法、检测评价进行分析,从而提出更具操作性的安静MS均布设计法。研究发现:传统MS罩面的车内噪声是道路使用者最为关注的噪声,与MS稀浆混合料最大粒径集料尺寸、车速、构造深度等有关;并且通过在4.75~9.5mm筛孔间增加7.13mm筛孔来改善该档集料的均布性,从而将传统MS罩面高噪声构造波长由15mm减小到10mm以内,提出了可降噪3.5~4.5dB的安静MS设计法。
Aiming at the current situation of high noise in traditional Micro Surfacing (MS overlay), several high speed MS overlay noise in China is detected, compared and analyzed, and the mechanism and gradation of MS noise are influenced. Construction methods, testing and evaluation analysis, so as to propose a more operational quiet MS uniform design method. It is found that the interior noise of the traditional MS overlay is the most concerned noise among road users, which is related to the size, speed, depth of structure, etc. of the largest aggregate size of MS slurry. A 7.13mm sieve was added to improve the homogeneity of the aggregate, which reduced the high noise structure wavelength of traditional MS cover from 15mm to less than 10mm, and proposed a quiet MS design method which can reduce noise by 3.5-4.5dB.
