目的调查丽水市独居与非独居老年人群抑郁现状,提高对丽水市老年人群的关注,提高其幸福感。方法本次调查对象为2013年12月--2014年12月丽水市126例老年人群,通过采用抑郁量表及总体幸福感量表对老年人群进行问卷调查。结果独居老年人群抑郁程度明显高于非独居老年人群,且独居老年人群幸福感明显低于非独居老年人群(t=9.415,P<0.05)。独居老年人群忧郁和愉快心境维度与非独居老年人群比较|,差异有统计学意义,(F=12.631,P<0.05)。结论独居老年人群存在较高抑郁症状,且其幸福感较低,然居住背景则是影响幸福感及抑郁的主要因素。
Objective To investigate the current status of depression among singleton and non-singleton elderly population in Lishui City, raise the awareness of the elderly in Lishui City and improve their sense of well-being. Methods The survey was conducted on 126 senior citizens from December 2013 to December 2014 in Lishui City. The elderly population was surveyed by using depression scale and general happiness scale. Results The degree of depression of the elderly living alone was significantly higher than that of the non-elderly living alone, and the happiness of the elderly living alone was significantly lower than that of the elderly living alone (t = 9.415, P <0.05). The dimensions of melancholy and happy mood in elderly people living alone were significantly different from those of non-elderly people living alone (F = 12.631, P <0.05). Conclusion The elderly living alone have higher depressive symptoms, and their happiness is lower. However, their living background is the main factor that affects happiness and depression.
