本文报告了猕猴在清醒状态的EEG、F-VEP以及SL-SEP、SL-ABR的正常值。实验表明:0.35~0.45MPa的PN_2对猕猴的自发电位与诱发电位无明显影响。0.5~0.7MPa的PN_2可使猕猴脑电频率显著下降。SL-SEP在0.65~0.70MPa下,主波电压显著或非常显著地降低。猕猴的SL-ABRⅢ及Ⅶ波的潜伏时在0.5~0.6MPa的PN_2下显著或非常显著的延长;当PN_2提高至0.65~0.70MPa时,Ia与Ⅲ波潜伏时显著延长,而Ⅶ波则表现在电压非常显著地降低。总之,PN_2超过0.45MPa时对动物的自发电位及皮层下诱发电位有不同程度的影响或麻醉作用。
This article reports the normal values of EEG, F-VEP, and SL-SEP and SL-ABR in the cynomolgus monkey during awake conditions. Experiments show that: 0.35 ~ 0.45MPa of PN_2 on rhesus monkey spontaneous potential and evoked potentials had no significant effect. PN_2 of 0.5 ~ 0.7MPa can significantly decrease the frequency of EEG in macaque. SL-SEP at 0.65 ~ 0.70MPa, the main wave voltage decreased significantly or very significantly. The latency of SL-ABRⅢ and Ⅶ wave of macaque was significantly or very significantly prolonged at PN_2 of 0.5 ~ 0.6MPa. When PN_2 increased to 0.65 ~ 0.70MPa, Ia and Ⅲ wave prolonged significantly while latency of Ⅶ wave The voltage decreases very significantly. In conclusion, when PN_2 exceeds 0.45MPa, the spontaneous potential and subcortical evoked potential of animals have different degrees of influence or anesthesia.
