1.零件的特点 图1为普通卡盘盘体。其内腔凸台和盘丝零件内孔相配合,起定位作用。内腔加工一般是在精密车床上进行,其加工精度高低很大程度上影响着卡盘装配后的夹持精度。该道工序为重点质量控制对象,加工过程中严格保证内腔凸台底部尺寸φ120_(-0.007)~(+0.006),沿高度方向(8mm高)锥度不大于0.008mm。该高精度要求,原机械千分表测量装置存在测量重复定位不准,精度低缺点。操作者稍不慎就易造成废品。为此我们设计了筒形测量装置,介绍如下。
