近年来,郑州三棉从企业可持续发展的战略高度,在公司内部开展了“抓教育、增素质、创一流”的主题教育活动,努力构建具有本企业特色的人力资源开发建设模式。作为三棉的基层单位,我们后纺车间在实践中积极探索,科学操作,运用系统工程,强化全员的技能培训工作。通过创新管理体制,营造尊师重教氛围,增强了广大职工的学习意识、竞争意识、效率意识和开拓创新意识,提高了车间的整体竞争能力,保持了公司先进车间的崇高荣誉。
In recent years, from the strategic height of sustainable development of the company, Zhengzhou Sanmian carried out themed educational activities of “Cultivating Education, Enhancing Quality, Creating First-Classity” within the company, and endeavored to build a human resource development and construction model with its own characteristics. As the basic unit of Sanmian, our post-spinning workshop actively explores, operates scientifically, and applies system engineering to strengthen the skills training of all staff. Through the innovation management system, we have created an atmosphere of respecting teachers and strengthening education. We have enhanced the employees’ sense of learning, competitive awareness, efficiency awareness, and pioneering and innovative ideas. We have improved the overall competitiveness of our workshops and maintained the company’s advanced workshops.
