目的观察-6°头低位卧床前后人体胃电及胃肠激素的变化。方法测试7名受试者卧床前和卧床第7,16,30天的胃电、胃肠激素,并对数据进行分析处理。结果与卧床前比,卧床第7,16天胃电节律百分比明显下降(P<0.05),3个测试日胃电总主功率均明显下降(P<0.05);卧床后胃肠激素指标无明显改变。结论 -6°卧床可引起胃肠道功能明显下降,提示模拟失重可能影响人体胃肠道功能。
Objective To observe the changes of gastric electrical and gastrointestinal hormones in -6 ° head-down bedridden patients. Methods 7 subjects were bedridden and bedridden on the 7th, 16th and 30th days of gastric electrical and gastrointestinal hormones, and the data were analyzed and processed. Results Compared with that before bedtime, the percentage of gastric rhythm decreased significantly on the 7th and 16th days (P <0.05), and the total main power of gastric electrical obviously decreased on the three test days (P <0.05) change.
