本文首次报告了锯齿华溪蟹携带肺吸虫囊蚴的逐月现场观察情况。结果表明:溪蟹每月均可携带肺吸虫囊蚴,以3月份感染率最高(100％),12月份最低(12％),且上半年逐月感染率、感染度显著高于下半年(p<0.05);溪蟹的密度高峰期为6至7月。结合当地气象及水文资料综合判定:4至6月是调查肺吸虫第二中间宿主—溪蟹的最佳季节。
This article reports for the first time a month-to-month field observation of serrated crab-feeding cercariae. The results showed that crabs could carry metacercaria per month with the highest infection rate (100%) in March and the lowest (12%) in December. The monthly infection rate and infection rate in the first half of the year were significantly higher than those in the second half ( p <0.05). The density of crabs peaked from June to July. Combined with the local meteorological and hydrological data comprehensive judgment: April to June is the best season for investigation of paragonimiasis second intermediate host - crab.
