本文利用ELISA法检测了16例M_3型白血病患者SF与WBC·F的动态变化。研究结果表明该组患者治疗前SF与WBC·F水平均高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。经维甲酸诱导分化治疗中期(WBC增高期)与治疗前比较,SF与WBC·F分别轻度下降或上升(P>0.05)。治疗后期(缓解期)WBC·F明显下降(P<0.05),接近正常水平。另外发现治疗前部分患者SF与WBC·F可以不升高,而完全缓解后可有部分病人此两指标仍呈现高水平。相关分析表明SF与L-CFU呈正向相关,与WBC·F和WBC总数无明显相关(P>0.05)。
In this paper, the dynamic changes of SF and WBC · F in 16 M_3 leukemia patients were detected by ELISA. The results showed that the SF and WBC · F levels before treatment in this group were higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, SF and WBC · F slightly decreased or increased respectively (P> 0.05). After treatment (remission) WBC · F decreased significantly (P <0.05), close to normal levels. In addition, some patients before treatment found that patients with SF and WBC · F may not increase, but after complete remission in some patients may still have these two indicators of high levels. Correlation analysis showed that SF was positively correlated with L-CFU and had no significant correlation with WBC · F and WBC (P> 0.05).
