微波炉是可用于多种烹调技法的家用厨房电器,常被人们称之为“烹调之神”,除烹调外,微波炉还有如下的新用途。 1、食品灭菌消毒 一般细菌在0℃以下就能被冻死,但有些细菌仍能在-18℃的环境中顽强生存,如大肠杆菌等。因此,染有大肠杆菌的食品放在冰箱内仍不能被杀灭。如果用微波炉把吃剩下的饭菜等食品处理一下后放入冰箱,食用时再用微波炉加热一下,便杜绝了细菌对人们的危害。
