高速动车组运行过程复杂,运行环境多变,难以建立有效控制模型实现动车组安全、正点、高效运行。提出一种离线建模与在线校正相结合的动车组建模与运行优化方法。基于高速动车组牵引/制动特性和系统运行数据,建立动车组运行过程离线ANFIS模型,并借助动车组实时运行数据采用梯度下降法在线校正ANFIS模型。提出基于ANFIS模型的动车组运行速度跟踪控制方法,实现动车组运行优化控制。基于CRH380AL实际运行数据的仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。
The operation process of high-speed EMU complex, changing operating environment, it is difficult to establish an effective control model EMU safe, punctual, efficient operation. A method of modeling and optimizing EMUs combining offline modeling and on-line calibration is proposed. Based on the traction / braking characteristics of high-speed EMU and the system operation data, an offline ANFIS model was established and the ANFIS model was calibrated on-line with gradient descent method based on the real-time EMU operating data. A new method of EMU tracking control based on ANFIS model was proposed to realize the optimal control of EMU operation. The simulation results based on the actual operating data of CRH380AL verify the effectiveness of this method.
